How to Whiten Our Teeth by Using Strawberry :D

The secret to this inexpensive home whitening method is malic acid, which acts as an astringent to remove surface discoloration. Combined with baking soda, strawberries become a natural tooth-cleanser, buffing away stains from wine, coffee, and dark sodas. While it’s no replacement for a bleaching treatment at your dentist’s office, “this is a fast, cheap way to brighten your smile,” says Adina Carrel, DMD, a dentist in private practice at Manhattan Dental Arts in New York. “Be careful not to use this too often, though, as the acid could damage the enamel on your teeth.”

Directions: Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until blended. Use a soft toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes, then brush thoroughly with toothpaste to remove the berry–baking soda mix. Rinse. (A little floss will help get rid of any strawberry seeds.) Carrel says you can apply once a week.

Tiramisu (y)

Here it is the recipe for tiramisu ;;) let's try !

 

Bahan :

250gr mascarpone cheese
500ml double cream
1 sdt essens vanilla
4 kuning telur
100 gr gula pasir
2 pak lady finger (ato egg drops)
rhum 50ml (bisa diabaikan)
kopi

Alat-alat yang dibutuhkan :

Kompor
Kulkas
1 mangkok berukuran besar , volume min. 1L
1 mangkok lagi agak kecil saja dari kaca/logam untuk men-tim
Panci yang bisa memuat mangkok yang kecil

Cara membuat :

• Double cream dimixer di mangkuk besar sampe agak kental, lalu masak air di panci besar

• Di mangkuk lain kuning telur, gula dan esens vanila diaduk di atas panci yang airnya telah mendidih (supaya kuning telurnya mateng)

• Sementara itu masukkan mascarpone cheese ke mangkuk double cream, mixer lagi sampai kental, lalu campuran kuning telur-gula dimasukkan kedalamnya, aduk lagi

• Bikin kopi panas, lalu lady fingersnya dicelupin 2-3 detik, lalu susun dalam loyang (kaca ato keramik)

• Tutup dengan adonan cream hingga tertutup seluruhnya.

• Susun lagi lady fingers diatasnya, tutup lagi dengan adonan cream sampai habis.

Setelah itu taburi dengan bubuk coklat, dan dimasukkan ke dalam kulkas sampai dingin.

alhamdulillah , akhirnya uts  selesai juga ! legaaaaaaaaaaaaa ! ;;)
seminggu penuh deh temenan sama buku , hahaha . untungnya aku bisa lewatin uts dengan baik-baik aja walaupun ada beberapa yang gak bisa s :p
uts selesai berarti santai . tinggal tunggu hasilnya aja -,-
semoga hasilnya gak mengecewakan laah o:)
uts selesai , dan kembali ke aktifitas seperti biasa . sekolah pulang sore -.- les sampe jam 6 -.- nunggu adek pulang asrama tiap sabtu -.- dan cuma free hari minggu .. hhh ..
mau gak mau , tiap hari harus kayak itu . dan satu lagi yang harus di fokusin , BUGEMM ! belom buat apa-apa kecuali judul ! :'( huaaaaaaaaa
but at least , i enjoy all of this activities :D

tapi , senin ntar mau uts eh besok malah di suruh jalan santai pagi-pagi . gimana mau belajar coba ? gak mikirin murid bener -,-
mana mesti dateng pagi-pagi ke bkb , jam setengah 6 udah disana . ya Allah , mana bangun aku jam segitu -,-
